If this is what you term state capture then P/ NDC and JJ Rawlings engaged in STATE CAPTURE, KEEP AND STEAL!
I remember vividly when Rawlings went around Ghana snatching food and corn on the curb from little kids and ate because he claimed his salary was not able to feed himself and his family . But it turned out he was being deceitful. By the time Ghanaians realized it, it was too late. And after he killed most successful Ghanaians and drove some of them into exile he seized all the 50 and 20 Cedi notes in the system, those were the highest denominations in the Ghanaian banknotes. He later claimed he deposited the entire amount into the P/NDC account # 419. And I believe that is what brought about the Azaa term 419! As to what happened to that account is still a mirage. P/ NDC FUO AKROMFOUR!

A lot of innocent people have been convicted on many cases and some guilty ones have been acquitted. Honourable Bryan Acheampong has to appreciate our democracy. Honourable ABLAKWA has the right to express his views freely and Bryan has to count himself lucky for what’s happening now. He is relying on his Financiers to run his businesses. But does he really know the sources of their money? This is the time for our extremely lazy security agencies to wake up and do proper FORENSIC investigations on all financiers pouring money into our country otherwise Ghana will suffer if money from unscrupulous foreign sources are invested in our country. The same way politicians rely on financial backers without any real regard or checks on the sources of their money. Ghanaians deserve to know the sources of Honourable Bryan Acheampong’s wealth to buy these State owned enterprises.

The Minister's argument that he's no more the director of his company that is acquiring the hotels does not add up. It's the same problem with the former finance minister, Ken's Data Bank. A finance minister going for loans for his country and his own company, Data Bank is his ministry's consultant siphoning a chunk of the loan as consultancy fee. Why can't NPP's moral compass click to warn them that these deals amount to state looting? A thief is only deceiving himself thinking nobody can do him anything because the rod of karma will eventually strike without mercy even though it delays.
