Kwame I'm in agreement with you. I don't know why a country cannot deal directly with manufacturers if the state wants to purchase new products like ambulances. Which one is cost effective, dealing directly with the manufacturer or middleman?. If Mr Jakpa is saying that government hasn't suffered any financial loss, why is it that the ambulances have not been put in use or are not on the roads ? This man thinks of his pocket only but not his country.
