  we were told Ghana card will eradicate ghost names so where are they coming from?

The honorable thing to do was for the OSP to publish his findings, just as he is publicizing the findings on ghost names. Running to EOCO with the Cecilia docket was an attempt to shift the blame for his failure to another institution. After all, did he forward the ghost names report to EOCO?

  You create your own problems and turn back to pretend you are working. This issue is the doing of CAG. Many schools exist without payment voucher. Many teachers have moved to different schools but they have failed in many years to move them. Validators have retired or transferred but their details are being used. Some are dead. All these under the nose of CAG. How do you come back and say school do not exist. What about those that exist without pv. This report to me is just a show of no work done. Since the issues exist and continue to worsen
