we were told Ghana card will eradicate ghost names so where are they coming from?
somebody validated them and the money went into specific accounts with bio-data so it should be easy to get them all

Running to EOCO with the Cecilia docket was an attempt to shift the blame for his failure to another institution. After all, did he forward the ghost names report to EOCO?

All these under the nose of CAG. How do you come back and say school do not exist. What about those that exist without pv. This report to me is just a show of no work done.
