  It was agenda set by EC and Npp to ensure that ndc does not get majority in parliament. By the EC is able to do by-elections for. dead mps but not able to organise elections for a contituency who does not have an MP. This shows how incompetent and a bais EC can be. with Tescon Bossman Asare and Serebour and Tettry can be doing the bidding of Akufo Addo npp govt. Narcotic People's Party never again.
