Where isnthe conflict of interest?. His company like any Ghanaian can bid. Conflict of interest may come in when he is the minister or he is in supervising position at that ministry.

Bryant Acheampong's diabolical goal is to become a hotel tycoon, using his political office and influence to rip off the people of Ghana to attain that goal. After all, he was able to blackmail the NDC government into awarding him a lucrative government contract and personal security protection from the State when he was a private citizen, and that has emboldened him into believing that he's smarter than all Ghanaians and can use dubious dealings to unjustly enrich himself. This is just a tip of the iceberg, for there very likely are more serious unscrupulous transfers of government assets and properties to to crooked government officials and their corrupt cronies that are yet to be be unmasked.
