  Is this the only answer BoG to all the allegations The Venerable Togbe made against them? Does that suggest everything he said including, triple increment of salaries and allowances, increased unpaid staff loans and advances amounting to billions of dollars, triple jumped travelling and transport allowances, intentional killing of indigenous banks and financial institutions, mismanagement and excessive spending sprees leading to debt ridden account of the Central Bank are all true and nothing but the truth?   This Togbe Afede man, as usual, doesn't know what he is talking about. A populist grandstander always courting fans from the undiscerning public by attacking institutions and people in power. Always attacking presidents, national house of chiefs, council of state, other chiefs and anyone he sees to have any power, claiming he is the paragon of virtue. Meanwhile he doesn't know much! With his bogus, made up economic theories. He is campaigning for Mahama to separate the Chairman role of the Bank of Ghana from the Governor, and make him the Chairman. Thatcwould be the biggest mistake Mahama makes sending him anywhere near our monetary policy management. He would collapse the bank with quarelling with all the economists there, tge Ministry of Finance, the EMT, and the World Bank claiming to teach them economics. 90% of the staff at the bank would resign in 3 months. That is the ridiculuous character that man is!! Mahama, if you dont know his incompetence and character of disfunctional and chaotic leadership, go and check!! Childish envy, Ken Ofori Atta became Minister of Finance, so he also has to force and get some high post. Very self obsessed and power mad individual. Check how he collapsed Pioneer Kitcheneare in Tema. A manufacturing company on the stock exchange, the company has been removed from there, and doesn't produce anymore. All the workers are home. Incompetent, but he would hounding and always be pointing fingers at management if Bank of Ghana, for many years. A rural bank even, you give it to him, he would collapse it in one month. Always doing this things for self promotion for fans from the public. Meanwhile you don't know much economics

It would be like comparing 100,000 Ghana cedis income to pesewas in expenditure. This man Togbe Afede won't let anyone he sees has power rest to do their work, always hounding the management with his bogus, infantile economic theories.   For many years his accusations and harangue against the Bank of Ghana was that their economists (many with Phds in economics from the best schools in the world, which no one dreamed of awarding him) didn't know how to project for inflation (a first year topic in undergrad oh) and he Janes AAkpowith introductory to economics class in accounting programme, was the one coming to teach them. When his bonus effusions have been snubbed for many years, ignored by professionals. He now is changing tactics, trying to rally the ujdiscerning public against Bank of Ghana by claiming he has found their salaries to be excessive, that they dont love Ghana as much as he Afede does, blah blah, so they should support him. All of these for just to be appointed as the Chairman of the bank, a selfish, glory hunting , fame hungry, self promotion. Meanwhile he won't add any substantive value to the bank apart from confusion and disfunctional, even zero leadership. Mahama should try this clown and see, every morning there would be insulting press releases between the EMT, Ministry of Finance, the World Bank, etc. sbout economic management. The daily activities of Bank of Ghana will grind to a halt to satisfy this guy ego. Majority of the staff would resign. To the people giving him fans when he is doing these his diabolic, self promotion things, hmmm, you DO NOT KNOW this Afede personality. Go and check at the stock exchange the kind of person he is that people don't want to do anything with him or for near him.

  Togbe Afede is a distinguished Economist and has touched on issues affecting the financial administrations of this country on several platforms. It is one's contribution to the social and economic upliftment of the people which invariably develops a country and Togbe Afede is an epitome of that. Your so called Phd holders at Bog have been a disaster to this country. Your ad hominem approach to issues of national importance potrays the depths to which your likes will sink to protect your looting paymasters .

You pay yourself like Bank of England whose GDP is one million times that of Ghana. You own your positions to cronyism, nepotism and political affiliations. Your unfortunate compatriots in the civil service, health workers, teachers, security services take home meagre salaries which they are compelled to take. You disastrously failed to perform your core functions to ensure the cedi stability, tame inflation and unemployment. You failed in all your core duties rendering your compatriots to needlessly suffer with low real income. Your conducts are satanic because you think of only yourselves.
