  Judging by the comments here, I realise Bawumia is fighting a losing battle because only the first commenter asked the right question and has knowledge what solar can do to a country. Bawumia will flourish in the advanced countries but certainly not in a place like Ghana where most of the population cannot see the gem from the dirt. I suggest Ghanaians to go through a series of tests before being allowed to vote or comment on issues because the dilution rate is apocalyptically high!
