  What's the difference? Its converting the foreign currency into the local currency, and unfortunately our local currency is as useless as the president and his uncountable ministers and appointees.

What procedure do you use to since at the value of the car in that country? Why don't we use the value of the car in ghana since most cars are sold in ghana at disproportionately low price compared to your shop called foreign value?
  The problem of our country is the lazy and capricious extortion of the citizens by the elite and political class. Why can't salaries be calculated using the same foreign denominated currency approach so that the average Ghanaian can live a comfortable life? Why are citizens paid in cedis without any reference to any foreign denominated currency but imports and other activities are foreign currency denominated? You expect imported goods and services to be foreign currency denominated and converted to current cedi equivalent and with the free fall of the cedi what else do you expect the citizens to do for their survival? Do these people realize that they don't buy fuel, they have free housing, electricity, telephone, housekeeping, rent etc at the expense of the poor people who pay for their luxurious lifestyle? May God gave mercy on all of them
