Chartering a plane for travel will be a drain. Embarking on projects without first counting the cost will be a drain. Employing almost every member of your family will be a drain. Mismanagement and corrupt practices will be a drain. Virtually, the money will finish which will bring in its wake, debt exchange, haircut, bailout from IMF, etc. Then you can't pay contractors, publishers, food suppliers and so on.

The bottom line is greed and wickedness. Ghanaians have to learn from this; though in a bitter way.
