Is it against the laws of Ghana to transport cocoa beans around the country? Poor defense by their lawyers. it is against the law if they are crossing the boarder. this is only going to affect investors just like what happen to the goat farmer. Very bad for the country and what is the ministry of agriculture doing to help farmers in such cases?
