  So a whole finance ministry is now involved in entrepreneurial training? My goodness! You have other quasi state bodies and agencies like GEA, NBSSI, MASLOC, NEIP and even privately run biz incubators that could do all these and yet MoF is leaving the strategic policy duties to handle these? Why not delegate a rep to be included in the said activities if MoF needs representation?
