  I was once into this Cocoa smuggling some time ego.thats during the late Prz Atta mills time.they formed a taskforce which comprises the military, police, immigration n persons from the cocoa board but still we were moving the beans to togo.so the only way the late Prz stopped us was to raise the price to that of Togo so it was useless to transport it again.man must chop regardless
