An insider like Cecilia would have been privi to Akufo Addo and Ofori Atta’s plans to ruin Ghana’s economy and the need for those in power to keep their monies away from banks to avoid money laundering charges and also not to be affected by the govt’s plans to collapse the banking system! The looted dollars from the BoG by the govt also needed a safe home and who best can provide this than Cecilia Dapaah! Then there was the $43 million from World Bank for dredging the Odaw river to prevent the annual flooding in the area during the rainy season in Accra. Who best is the custodian of Sanitation funds, Cecilia Dapaah the Minister of Sanitation. No wonder her house is the govt’s private bank for storing stolen funds from the state. The accused should all be freed, their actions have exposed the rot in govt, thieves!

How much of that have they reported for taxa purposes? A family that can put away $500,000 in 20 years in Ghana would have to be making $100,000 each of the last 20 year.
