  After tipping off inmates and making sure all the exhibits are disposed off, you go in with pomp and pageantry to search for drugs? Either the dogs are useless or the officers themselves tipped off the inmates. This should have been a random search and not an announced one. They can’t fool us. Even small cells habour drugs how much more a bigger prison like Insawam. Even in USA with all their sophisticated searches and screening still traffic drugs into their prison. How much more this two-by-four prisons in Ghana!
