think big. does she have a big sign outside her home marketing her domedo catering business? no. secondly, the area is unsanitary. she should pave the entire place with cement. she should contact restaurants, stadiums and grocery stores inside malls and propose to deliver smoked pig meat to them. thr grocery stores can cut up the meat, weigh it, put them in plastic and sell them in their grocery stores. this woman should also put the pig fat or lard can also be placed in plastic bottles, labelled and sold in marketplaces, grocery stores or to restaurants. lastly, how long will she sustain this busienss. se better than 2 more clay ovens and hire other people to help her. at her present state if health n safety visit her premises this busienss will be shut down. she is not paying attention to any health protocols. she has no health insurance for her business either. i would like to invest in her business to take it to the next level.
