  With these achievement enumerated Sir you left out one important legacy and that is under your tenure VRA staff welfare has been disastrous and worst than any other CE. The reason you left out to staff welfare issues in this article. I have a relative who work there. To VRA staff you made them worse off in all years till today. You demotivated them, threw their concerns under the bus in exchange for publicity favors and honor. For any good CE leaving the seat it for Staff to write your memoir and legacy but not yourself and your circle. Goodbye Sir and may they never get your type again.
