Right from BECE to University exams,not excluding Law exams,ICA Gh etc.Many regard only foreign exams.The whole country is in a mess where the general public believe you can on pass your exams thru Apoo.

  You summed it up very well. Our country is broken and rotten, and it will take people who will put Ghana first to fix it. However, with the current crop of politicians, I very much doubt if we have the men and the women to do the job. The change must first come from us, the ordinary people. Our failure to act when serious offences against the state goes on is our downfall. We don’t even seem to know what we want and how to demand it.

  Let me repeat what I have said everyday: The head of the problem is the JUDICIARY, and until we have a real, patriotic and functional one, Ghana is lost forever. You can bet everything on it; we can have all the streets in Ghana flooded with streams of gold, nothing will happen, there will be no development, and Ghanaians will still be very stupid in their behavior.

  Good job by the writer , in two years look at how Dr Dampare has transformed the police service , crimes have come down significantly, he’s the best appointee by this president , those of you talking rubbish don’t know anything about policing , I am a police officer , now our corrupt senior officers are afraid to send us to go and block roads to collect bribes for them , all they know if asking junior officers to hit the roads and collect bribes for them , now that has reduced. The criminal senior officer amongst us the police must be fished out and hanged. Mboa, GP1 Dampare is the best for Ghana police. The criminal Snr officers for comot for there make we pass

  The police system in Ghana should be decentralized. Every region should have their own police.each regional police commander should answer to the regional minister. Too much power is concentrated in Accra.
