Allowances and or subsidies for all tertiary education should to be scrapped.

Nursing trainees allowances have not been to them for about three years now.When the bastard vice president was Krobo Nursing training college to campaign just this last Thursday, he told some stupid lies that , Nursing trainees and teacher trainees have been their allowances. A student asked him when she receive her allowance because since gained admission into that institution not she has not received a single pesswa in the name allowance.
The stupid and idiotic vice president responded by saying that he would contact the minister of finance to find out when they will be paid.
Stupid moron; in one vein you said they have been paid their allowances . In another you said you would have to find out from the minister of finance.
Shameless liar ! In fact , any northerner who associates themselves the Ashanti thieves, scammers, fraudsters, robbers and shameless liars also becomes one.
