Some of your workers and agents are sending away potential customers away with their bad character. I delt with your agent in Tamale town who kept on cutting me off the line and would not allow me to talk so that we schedule things properly. When I called your Accra service center to complain and ask for a new agent if possible, the lady who answered my call rather got angry with me for "over demanding" and cut me off without seeking to understand me or bother about the conduct of the agent I was seeking to replace. I quickly contacted another company and my loan was delivered and I have vowed to never have anything to do with quick credit in my life. This happened in December this year.
