What’s SIR in English?

According to the Oxford English Dictionary, it defines or explain sir as

“ used as a formal and polite way of speaking to a man, especially one who you are providing a service to or who is in a position of authority”

So this is the meaning of SIR in English and when it translated in twi, it means ME WURA, opanyin, panyin

Funds for that day...clothes, food, decorations étc. Even if the money you pride yourselves of having is not from corruption, which i know a lot of it is or from hard earnest work how can your drive by the shoeless, hungry poor children and women and not have pity.
IF they really thought deeper they would know they aren't special....it's by chance they are in the positions they are in. Can anybody choose from the seed or the egg when you are born..Out of millions of sperm swimming it is by chance that one sperm enter tge egg to creat us. Can you chose your farther or mother before you are birth? Can you chose that you were born in Ghana and not Sudan, Nigeria, Jamica, America.... ? I doubt it. The festivities that have gone on for these weeks have boosted the economy activities of Kumasi and its indigenes!!

Do u know how much local businesses have profited from the sales of paraphernalia?

Do u know how much local food sellers have benefited from these festivities?

Do u know how much drivers etc have benefited from these activities?

How about the liquor, wine et sales? Do u know how much they have benefited from these activities?

Our local musicians that performed in these celebrations, do u know the exposure and the type of audience they have being exposed to??

All that the average Ghanaian knows is government, government but the average Ghanaian doesn’t know that, PRIVATE SECTOR is the real engine and the quintessential engineer of economic growth and is some of these activities that ll eventually grow our nation!!

Selling our culture to a wider audience through tourism will provide a wide varieties of work, exposure etc to the youth that no government projects can provide!!

Making our tradition attractive through such occasions can generate a lot of monies and economic power to a lot of unemployed Ghanaian youth that no government factory can provide!

How much does a factory provide in terms of work force? Absolutely nothing but tourism can generate a work force in various capacities can generate a lot of monies for local indigenes!!

Kenya nicked about 2.7 billion in tourism alone in 2023 and expected to increase in 2024 and this how much tourism can boost any economy

Ghana can also boost our local economy if we can package our traditions in such a way that, foreign audience can come in and patronize and this is what these kind of traditional festivities can boost our economy!
