I suggest the MOE concentrates on salvaging the bad grade system presented and make it better for the education system. The rot must be reported for it to be fixed. It's nothing personal against the minister, but remember he leads the MOE and therefore must be held responsible for any mishaps.

Deny, deny, deny. Your government denied the existence of dumsor. Your government denied the existence hardship. And now your Government is twisting the findings of a report on secondary education that places Ghana at the bottom of the ladder. When will your government ever admit its failings? The government has no business buying past questions for SHS schools. The government should be giving teachers and educators the resources they need to successfully carry out their duties of educating Ghana's students. Lies and denials can't improve on the educational system of the nation. Your Ministry rather is more concerned with repainting the colours of school buildings instead of doing whatever it takes to improve the quality of education in Ghana's schools.In the seven years that you've been heading the Ministry of Education, not once have you ever stated any plans to address the plight of elementary school kids still schooling under trees or in crumbling buildings.

I do not have credentials and proof other than observation. In Ghana the teachers in the primary grades are grossly under paid. Often not paid on time and no idea when they will get paid. The teachers don't attend to teaching regularly because they loose interest.

It appears Ghana has the money to pay teachers and provide supplies but their system is not efficient so the teachers and students suffer.

The curriculum needs to be revised in order to further educate the students. Private schools thrive in Ghana because of poorly managed public schools. Not all parents can afford private schools. Which also are lacking in a sufficient curriculum.
