What NDC has done is to use the EC supervisors to get the serial numbers of the bvd machines so they can use them to hack the system during election and rig the elections in December. I believe they had already done it even before they made the request to EC which was declined. NDC are elections rigging machine, like the late Vincent Asiseh said it twenty years ago.

That's why they urgently need the serial numbers. Thieves will always be thieves. They've already used minors to register in the current limited registration exercise. Asiedu Nketia and his team of elections rigging experts are criminals. EC must be extra vigilant.
