Most of you don’t understand the real truth of the matter. Kofi Asmah is the main culprit. The government and the military should hold Asmah responsible for every single crime or murder that will be committed in connection with the disputed land.

My latest inquiries revealed that the Appeals Court has ruled in favor of the Plaintiffs ( The People of Gomoa Fetteh) and has subsequently ordered the Land Commission in Ghana to delete Asmah’s name from the title of the registration of the land under dispute — that vast land Asmah allegedly acquired through dubious means.

The sad thing is that Asmah has taken notice of the situation and has allegedly acted to preempt the order of the court by handing over thousands of acres of the remaining undeveloped lands to one Michael Ndejo or whatever he calls himself and other people. How can the land that’s supposed to be held under injunction order be sold to a third party?

The situation is very disturbing and frustrating for the people of Gomoa. especially, when it comes to dealing with someone who is said to be well connected and doesn’t care a hoot about the rule of law.

Now I’m calling on the President of Ghana and the Chief Justice of Ghana to intervene and make sure that both parties, especially Asmah halt every single transaction in respect to the affected lands until all the court decisions and proceedings have been resolved. I SHALL RETURN!

Somebody died in my neighbourhood at Kasoa and land guards claiming to be working for Kwesi Alhaji started to demolish his building. Even the assembly man of the area was afraid to confront the land guards.

The police got wind of the demolition and moved fast to stop it. When the police called Kwesi Alhaji, he denied any knowledge of it.

My brother has land there and asked some nephews of ours to work on it, it came out that they were confronted by these same land guards not come there again or they risked their lives and according to my nephew one of them asked him do they want long/short sleeves after explaining to them they did not steps foot to the place again till now thks

Ken is just trying to seek justice for the innocent victims who have been brutalized by Kwesi Alhaji and the people of Kasoa must come out.
There is no smoke without fire and Kwesi Alhaji has his hands in this issue of land guard. The two major issues confronting Ghana are land guard and
galamsay but unfortunately majority of our MPs and traditional leaders are involved in these menace which is making them difficult to eradicate. If our leaders were sensible , parliament could have passed a law against both galamsay and land guard but we shall always remain in our folly as long as these leaders don’t care .
