  He is lying, they actually created another big problem for owners of the old prepaid meters. There is no way to load the cards with digital payment. One has to search for an agent instead who can do the loading as ECG itself refuses to do it at their offices.

  Bawumia trying to flex with tech jargons is so funny. Rasomware can't be done on a whole system that isn't connected except under migration. This means at the time of implementation of the paperless system should there be a rasomware it would not be affected after migration as Bawumia wants us to believe is the reason for the so called anomalies recorded in the workings of the system. Either the system is unsupportive or software is under performing.

  What kind of logic is this? You successfully digitilise a whole system only for one computer to introduce a rasomware that was not preinstalled on the system. Before a rasomware can be introduced at such magnitude it will take an encryption through a network attack that seek overwrite a whole system by concealment and not just an isolated device.
