Everybody knows most of those businesses, corporations and industries that are going to be available on the 24-hr bases are mostly only located in Accra-Tema and some Regional Capitals. Of these, some already run some personnel shift system. Mahama will not be going around our villages and market places waking people up and telling them it is a 24-HR ECONOMY! No leader in the world has ever introduced anything called 24hr economy except this conman called Mahama. A 24hr economy is a naturally occurring byproduct of an already vibrant economy, you cannot force a 24hr economy to magically appear out of thin air. So what this cop is simply saying is that when a society achieves that ratio of 1 to 500 or less, it is a sign that a 24hr economy would naturally emerge, until then, it's only a fools dream!
