And also, the manual states that , you have to have more publications , it entails a lot and this man was exceptional . He was appoint as the Dean of Graduate school during Prof Alabi’s (Current NDC Campaign manager) . Prof Alabi appointed him because of the hard work and how he was loyal to him even though they all have different political background. Alabi was NDC party organizer and also the VC of upsa during his time and you are here talking as if you are wise .
I won’t insult you but rather give you facts .
Can you tell me how Goski(wife of Alabi) became a professor ?

This mawutor is alleged to have fake PhD from a degree mill, and truly too didn't attend any proper school in ghana, except that icag professional courses he studied at ips not even a degree. The urchin has no first degree, only 2by4 MBA from a lowlife trash school and the fake smc Dba which he used only one year to acquire, even national accreditation board rejected it but the foolish politicians won't pay any heed. What a disgrace.

Is the governing council trying to tell us that Mawutor is better than the Harvard Don Kofi Abotsi? Just put Mawutor and Kofi Abotsi on the same scale and lets measure them. We want to see Mawutor's PhD Thesis; the DBA he took to Nicaragua and paid $10,000 for the PhD. Okoe did the same so we are not surprised. GTEC should investigate how Mawutor got the position and not Kofi Abotsi. Shame onto the governing Council for taking this decision. Why do you appoint a VC 8 months earlier. What is UPSA hidding from the public. We shall call for a public enquirie. Okoe will go to jail. He is a political prostitute. Why is UPSA keeping koryoe anim-wright as the Council Secretary whiles the registrar is at post? koryoe anim-wright is not a faculty so she should proceed on leave as he is already 60 years and leave the council alone. Very soon, the council will promote Mawutor to a full professor to cover their eveil deeds and give koryoe anim-wright. Asamoah and Antwi, your booklicking days are over: forget about the Pro-VC position because Fidelis is taking it by force.

As a first year student at the then IPS studying for the CIMA qualifications many students benefited from your extra tuition even though you were also a student. The likes of you and Mr. Bukari helped many students who are Chartered Accountants today playing important roles in Finance and Accounting in private and public sectors.

Your contribution to the UPSA Graduate School as Dean was undeniably exceptional. Many colleagues and myself enjoyed your lectures in Corporate Reporting.

You are disciplinarian, you believed that students must work hard to earn the accounting qualification because that's they way to build confidence and competence on the Job.

One of the best Appointments I’ve witnessed so far. Anyone who has worked with Prof Mawutor can attest to the fact that he deserves this and more. The man is an embodiment of dedication and hard work and that is why he is dearly loved by his peers and even the student body. Even As Pro VC, this man comes to work from Sunday to Sunday, sometimes will be the last to leave campus. Ask the students on campus when last a lecturer deliberately missed class. He will come and check attendance himself. Under his leadership, a lot has changed and I know UPSA is going to see a new face. It’s only the lazy who are shaken by this appointment because they know in his administration, there’ll be no room for the lazy. Congrats Prof and we the UPSA alumini know you’ll serve well!!!!

He has just been investitured a short while ago with the deputy minister of education, Rev. Fordjour helping him wore the official gown. No wonder the ceremony went on despite a court injunction because Nana Addo has corrupted all the judges and have them in his pockets.
