A friend of mine said he won a land dispute in the court in September, 2022.
In May, 2023 the council for the defendants went to court issued a motion that the ruling must be set aside, because at the time of the ruling he was bereaved.
He said that from 2019 to 2022 when he took over from his late brother, the defendants never step in the court even on a single occasion.
He said that he has heard that the defendants are going in the corridors of power to have the judgement that was passed a year before the council for the defendants issued his motion overturned by the same court.

Land issues have bedeviled this country especially in Accra. We have politicians who have been elected to solve real problems. We elected the president, MPs and through the appointments if the executive branch, we appoint the judiciary. If ownership of lands are problematic, they have to formulate common sense and practical solutions to deal with this issue once and for all.
The government, the chiefs, real estate developers and banks must work this out. We cannot be a country that cannot resolve issues associated with land. It is very shameful that people are killed over a piece of dirt! The persistence of demolitions, fights, murders, insults, hatred over pieces of land is a clear indication of our backwardness, incompetence and intellectual bankruptcy of our leaders in particular, and Ghanaians in general.
So, politicians in Ghana, help us to solve this issue once and for all.

If his friend does not have good title why does he build? And how is he linking this to the so called owners of the nation? All Ken wants is to see NPP lose so he can be a flagbearer in the near future. I can bet that even if DMB loses (may God forbid) there’s no way Ken can become the leader of the party. That he got that percentage against DMD at the time the government was so unpopular doesn’t mean when he comes up against him again in 2026 or another solid candidate like Dr. Adutwum, he will get that number of votes. It is not a cumulative election.

Under Akuffo Addo / Bawumia NPP is so divided like never before. All kinds of self destructiveness is been applied. Just like how JDM & group has harjack the NDC. However JDM and group has been able or trying very hard to unite the NDC family. While the opposite is of the NPP.
Akuffo Addo and the mafia group within the party schemed for Bawumia to be made the flag bearer despite they know that the track records of Akuffo Addo will hunt Bawumia all his life. No wonder he is trying to distance himself from Akuffo Addo's mess. Alan"s group from the NPP were pushed out now the have attached the Ken" s group. A good leader would have stepped in to dissolve the whole issues. How can corridors power defiled court order and Akuffo Addo stands aside watching? If the second gentleman of land' family can do this to a powerful Ken's group who are in the same party what then will happen when we vote them into office?
If Bawumia is to trust, he could have stepped in and advice his in-laws from the action they took. Bawumia's inlaws action in this issue is a red flag for the NPP and Ghanaians if they vote Bawumia into office. Just like what Kuffour tried to sound the alarm bell concerning Jack Toronto which most NPP members didn't listen and today we are at the cross road. Well all have seen and heard how few individual hajacked jack Toronto"s government and even changes cabinet decisions at the back door and do what so ever they wish despite not been appointed.
The same or worse than that will happen if we mistakenly voted Bawumia into office.
