The reporter and the passengers are talking as if they are strangers. First of all the driver could be aware of the contraband luggage or he is innocent. The reason being that it is not driver who pack the luggage as the driver is not part of ticketing and charges for the luggage. Again since when did it become law that every luggage should be inspected at all bus terminals before they move out of terminal ? Let any government introduce this inspection they are talking of and you wilm hear insults and curses. Many times, luggage in a vehicle belongs to the passengers themselves so passengers in the bus must assist in police/fire service in their investigation.
