Regardless of the name, he still is a dirty crook, just like the other army officer who tried to send guns illegally to Ghana in blue containers, guns that end up being sold to armed robbers and other criminals to commit mayhem in Ghana. This crook deserves to be castrated before being carted off to prison, for he'll never able to heal the wounds of his victims.
