  Kasoa residents have all the reason to be concerned. It is real.In 2012 I was in Ghana, leading a group of investors to develop a top modern living community at Senya Beraku. The identified land area was 400 hectares. The amster plan was fantastic of wonderful houses, an inland jetty for yatchs, a five start hotel and a Miami style beach promenade and front. Government authorities were eager to provide six kiliometer of top-rate feeder road, extend electricity and water to the commumnity at zero cost for the investors. However,we abandoned the plan simply because the eventual inhabitants were to have to pass through Kasoa. We didn't trust in that being non-problematic.
