  Is quite a simple matter. No-one has to accuse Dappah as to HOW she accumulated the money, but to account for it and pay any taxes due (plus penalties if deemed). If not on her tax returns then she should suffer any consequence. More importantly though, this should be drawn upon to declare a war on ppl with money that avoid their obligations.
