3. What did the police do to stop activities on the land?

4. Are military personnel allowed to wear their uniforms about even when they are off-duty?

5. Did the landguard feel threatened by the soldiers at the police station, especially, given the history of military brutality against the police? Did he think that the soldier was going for his weapon?

6. Could this have happened to a civilian? In other words, did the uniform play a role in this sad incident?

7. It is sad to note that it's rather the friend of the
alleged owner of the land who has lost his life. People should realise how dangerous land disputes have become. A friend of mine narrated how he was chased away from his land by armed landguards during his first visit. There are also stories of missing people attributed to the activities of wicked landguards. My brother was almost attacked together with his colleague workmen by armed landguards while working for the proprietor of a school who never considered it necessary to inform them that the land was in dispute.

That's also the reason why Ghana armed forces cannot invade Kasoa like they did in Ashaiman.

The deceased soldier, in reality, DID NOT DIE ON AN OFFICIAL DUTY OF THE GAF, but rather ON HIS OWN PRIVATE MISSION OF HIS ALLEGED LAND DISPUTE....

Though the deceased was in military uniform, but he was not officially conducting military duties or operations ordered by his superiors/commanders.

There were cases where the GAF raided and brutalized innocent people for a crime perpetrated by just one individual. Why did the GAF not show their power when one of their own was murdered by a land guard. This land guard is so connected that even the soldiers are afraid to touch him. This murder happened at a police station which should be a safe place for everyone. But if the police knew about the threat this land guard posed to the soldier and they did not do anything to stop him , the soldiers should have gone to brutalize all the policemen on duty when this happened. Is the GAF coward? It is a shame that they can attack innocent civilians without any provocation but could not flex their muscles when one of their own was murdered in cold blood . Shame on the GAF for being cowards.
