Where is your proof that it was a bribe? Bribes are given secretly and not in public. The officials should have rejected it if they knew it was a bribe. They showed that they were grateful for the kind gesture.

Idiot Ghana is not under Rawlings years where so many innocent people were killed or put in jail without any evidence. If you have any evidence you can take the the fraudulent activity to court.
