2. Immigration preference given to all foriegn professionals, Phd holders.

3. Government sponsored Adult Literacy Programs in all the regions with emphasis on reading and writing.

4. Switch to 16 hour per day work, like China, India, in all factories to boost GDP growth.

5. Need for population growth for domestic consumption. Increase in professional immigrants.

6. Grow population to 100 million by 2060 to boost GDP growth.
