LITHOVIT FOLIAR FERTILIZER AND LITHOVIT LIQUID FERTILIZERS ARE TWO DIFFERENT PRODUCTS!

What you people in the cheer leading group don’t realize is that there are two different Lithovit fertilizers that were tested by the COCOBOD, the first product that Agongo brought was known as the Lithovit Foliar Fertilizer, it was imported from Germany, and it was in powder or granular form.

The second one that the prosecution is contesting was produced in Ghana by Agongo’s Company, that one is the Lithovit Liquid Foliar Fertilizer. He claims it was produced and certified by the Food and Drug Board or the Standard Board. That’s the one under investigation and contention by the prosecution.

I cry for Ghana always because of deceptions!

The defense would’ve made sense if they have indicated that they bought a franchise to produce the Liquid Version in Ghana, but producing and naming someone’s product as your own is also a violation of the international copyright infringement laws. Or else unless the defense is also able to prove that their product is what we call the “GENERIC” version of the product, otherwise the international copyright laws must’ve also been broken. So I live the judgment to the to Judges and not laymen and cheerleaders!

First of all,crig tested only one product in 2013 called litovit folia fertiliser or for better expression, litovit liquid fertiliser. For your information, no folia fertiliser has been solid, powdery or anything. All folia fertilisers are liquid in nature. Also note that none of the liquid fertilisers sold in the Ghanaian market like litovit is originally manufactured here in Ghana,the likes of sidalco,Asaase wura, chemico etc, all have their original manufacturing sources from other countries like Algeria, Spain, Italy, Germany etc. The original product in its raw form is then mixed here in Ghana for the market. So stop deceiving yourself into believing that ones the origin of litovit is from Germany, something unusual has happened. Go and ask ena pa ventures the original source of their fertiliser that is always bought by cocoa board under akuffo addo.

Af you boarded to ask why the prosecution lead by Evelyn keelson and his cohorts traveled all the way to Germany, slept in expensive hotels at the expense of the state but failed to produce a report? The persecutors knows they are engaging in a wild goose chase.

Alfred Arthur, a scientist at the Soil Science Division of the Cocoa Research Institute of Ghana (CRIG) has said Lithovit Foliar Fertilizer has always been a fine powdery product from Germany.

Dr Arthur, a second prosecution witness on Thursday told an Accra High Court that he would be extremely surprised to hear from any other scientist from the Division describing Lithovit Fertilizer as a liquid product.

Dr Arthur was answering questions under cross examination in the trial of Dr Stephen Opuni former Chief Executive Officer of the COCOBOD and Mr Seidu Agongo, also Chief Executive Officer of Agricult Ghana Limited.

The Ghana standard Authority did two test, one of the test of whom the sample sent solely by Adu Ampomah was done at the cosmetic department of the standards Authority and they claimed the results was negative. Then the second test was done on the sample that was collectively picked by all parties present from cocoa board warehouse to the same Ghana standard Authority to be tested, and this time the results of this second test was positive. The prosecution deliberately concealed the second report that carries some level of credibility because it was collected from cocoa board warehouse in the presence of all parties. So the question here is,why is the persecution not interested in the truth but lies?@ Stephen Donkor, God is watching us all
