Recently somebody who has made money in Education and Energy ministries wants to be a vice president and he is walking free without anybody finding his sources of income. What is going on in Ghana? For 6 years the courts are harassing this CEO for less than hundreds of millions of GHS and those with Billions walking free. Sir John is gone with his booty. Those thieves will soon follow. Please release your findings in Germany to the court to improve the credibility of your 27 fabricated charges. The 27 charges could not be supported by 7 witnesses brought to court as witnesses for the prosecutor. After their presentation, their evidences allowed the defendants to apply for no case as the facts in court supported the no case position of the defendants even when the defendants had not brought any witnesses. Honyenuga as a judge had to do the unthinkable by rejecting 18 documents brought to the court by the prosecutor to make their case and officially admitted in open court without objection by the prosecutor to create a false case for the defendants to defend themselves. The quality of witnesses brought by the defendants and their deep understanding of the procedures and processes at cocobod clearly shows Opuni did nothing wrong and there innocent of the 27 concocted charges against Opuni and Agongo.
