    First of is GRA able to collect the taxes that are statutory and must be paid in Ghana before bothering itself with abroad taxes?

    The poverty law for a poor country who can not manage his own affairs thus depending on foreign aid from his citizens by force. This is double taxation on one's pension. This is a disgrace!
