The Ashanti Regional minister is been undermined by some few wicked NDC members at the Electricity of Ghana. The NDC knows that Ashantis will not vote for them and so they have carefully crafted a plan to make sure the power supply in Kumasi and other places in the Ashanti region is disrupted to create the impression that there’s Dumsor in the region. The Akufo-Addo and Bawumia administration also got the gist of their plans and have boosted the power supply in the region with a back up thermal plant to make sure those NDC saboteurs at the electricity company in the region don’t have any means to disrupt the power supply in the region. For high-speed, long-distance rail travel self-driving technology is further away than you might expect, this is because it’s harder to manage the stoppage distance of trains over long distances than of any other vehicle type. Trains need to identify stations or obstacles well in advance before making a calculated stop. To make matters worse, the friction between a train’s metal wheels and metal tracks is far lower than that between a car’s tyre and the road. So, coming to a quick stop needs human oversight, and achieving full automation would require far more advanced image processing technology than is currently available. That technology would then need to pass more rigorous reliability tests than self-driving cars, before being legally allowed to control public transport, because although both are terrible, a car crash has nowhere near the destructive potential of a train wreck.

You asked the right question. Nobody, whatsoever, will leave a truck on a railway line. Unfortunately, in this case, the truck stalled while trying to cross over to the other side. The driver must have gone for help.

The train was clearly stuck on the line as the middle part can be seen clearly hanging on the tracks.

So in an attempt to cover-up, they planned and planted the truck right in the middle of the rail track to cause accident with significant damage to train so they can blame their thievery and incompetence of the accident.
It is unimaginable to see a truck symmetrically parked on the rail line on the day of a test run.
