  This can be attributed to the stupidity of Ghana Water Company. For the past 3 months, most parts of New Juabeng have not seen water flow through their taps. Meanwhile that useless company keeps bringing bills with demand notices without explaining the reasons they are not producing water.
  
  The innocent children would not have gone out to harvest rain water the taps were flowing. Arrest the mismanagers of GWCL for causing the death of the child.
