What sort of pathetic souls are these. In opposition they made so many allegations against JDM and his NDC that they hv inflated the cost of the America plant by over $150m. In power, the went on a wild goose chase to Dubai, all in the name of some investigation led by lawyer Addison. They became a laughing stock. The plant was a "build, operate and transfer" regime, which means the plant becomes Ghana"s after 5years of operations. The operators were to service the plant and bring it to a pristine mode before giving it back to the country. Strangely, this govt didn't allow the operators to do this final servicing of the plant but went on to try and extend the terms of the contract with some strange novation deal which backfired in their faces. Simply put, they were trying to use this same plant to steal from the govt purse. When caught, the President told us that he was misled and all he did was to fire his energy minister, Agyarko. Curse will always be the portion of whoever tries to use this Ameri Power Plant to do any dubious thing due to the false witness this government and its assigns poured on John Dramami Mahama. It would be in their interest to apologize to that innocent son of Ghana otherwise, they and their generations would never no peace.

Some 8years ago we devised a two-fold strategy to win the election. The first strategy was sloganeering. Ridiculous as some may sound, we went about strongly blasting these slogans into peoples head and they stuck.

The second strategy was to make the candidate of the ndc look useless in the eyes of Ghanaian. We were not interested in the ndc as a party in government, our target is the man leading it. We resorted to name calling, Mahama dumsor, Akomfem Mahama, dead goat and the loudest of them was incompetent Mahama.

These two strategies were not issued based at all but we believed because we thought the man we were presenting was incorruptible, the man to develop Ghana, his right hand man has the magic wand to turn all our problems around and there will be milk and honey all over. No more hunger, there will be jobs and jobs and jobs, in fact by the end of our tenure Ghana will be a first world country. We can all confidently say we can’t find Ghana even among the list of 3rd world countries.

By the way has anyone realized that we are now careful with the kind of jabs we throw at Mahama heading into the elections? I am yet to hear the incompetent one, incompetent Mahama names that we used to call with some much vigor some years ago. We are now appropriating the ndc projects in our tracker.
