The recognition of the person you hate as a better worker than you are, can't be understated!

Thanks Twum. I really admire and appreciate you. We need to speak out the truth; we need to call people out even if they're our own people, even if it hurts. That's the only way to put our dear country back on rails.

Listen, apart from Nigeria, Ghana's bad name in the press in the US for various reasons is worse than all the other countries in Africa combined, and we're hardly 35 million! From romance and other financial scams, to stolen vehicles and violence... Who are those involved?

The Togolaise have "professional orientation" which we lack very much in the productive sectors.
The industry, agriculture and construction need qualified work force to move the economy forward.
The fact is that the Togolaise are better trained than us.
Every well trained worker is effective because he can plan and execute his job well.
With good planning, you save time,avoid waste and respect standard and norm.
The end result is quality and satisfaction.
We can even do better if we train our workers well,up to standard.Tnx.

Some 8years ago we devised a two-fold strategy to win the election. The first strategy was sloganeering. Ridiculous as some may sound, we went about strongly blasting these slogans into peoples head and they stuck.

The second strategy was to make the candidate of the ndc look useless in the eyes of Ghanaian. We were not interested in the ndc as a party in government, our target is the man leading it. We resorted to name calling, Mahama dumsor, Akomfem Mahama, dead goat and the loudest of them was incompetent Mahama.

These two strategies were not issued based at all but we believed because we thought the man we were presenting was incorruptible, the man to develop Ghana, his right hand man has the magic wand to turn all our problems around and there will be milk and honey all over. No more hunger, there will be jobs and jobs and jobs, in fact by the end of our tenure Ghana will be a first world country. We can all confidently say we can’t find Ghana even among the list of 3rd world countries.

By the way has anyone realized that we are now careful with the kind of jabs we throw at Mahama heading into the elections? I am yet to hear the incompetent one, incompetent Mahama names that we used to call with some much vigor some years ago. We are even appropriating the incompetent mahama’s projects in our tracker.

Very subjective analysis by the Prof. I'm sure same can be said about the Ghanaian worker outside of Ghana, why? Simple, the Ghanaian worker gets far better motivation package where they migrate to ( obvious reason for migration) than they get in the country, hence their enthusiasm to work harder outside of Ghana, same reason why the Togolese appear more productive in Ghana.
In any case, very reliable data from credible sources dispute the Prof's assertion.
