  The truth is, chines and other construction companies cheat workers with bad pay. So most ghanaians masons carpenters don't like foreign construction companies thus they resort to import togolese with a slave pay. Local mason prefer local contractor for they pay fine. This is not about productive or expertise but about pay. Foreign company pay 70 ghc local contractor pay 120 ghc so Ghana mason won't go to foreign owned construction company. Thus they go to Togo for half baked mason to cheat and train them.criminal Ghana leaders they take bribe from construction companies and allow them them to cheat workers then turn round to say ghanaians are not productive.

  One of the reasons why Ghanaians seriously underperform at home and outperform when they go abroad is because their first loyalty is always to their families friends and cronies rather than to their Nation.So when they are elected into office their first priority is to rip of the country ,loot national assets ,take bribes in order to enrich themselves and their cronies. Extremely few of us have the vision and discernment to see that building up the nation of Ghana through dedicated ,unselfish service is the best way to ensure that our future generations (including our own children, our children's children etc) get to live a stable and peaceful life in a prosperous Ghana.

The reason why Ghanaians working abroad seems to be better on average than Ghanaians in Ghana is that most stupid and lazy ones don't even get the chance to travel abroad! Its the same phenomenon as Nigerians in the US are among the most educated racial group. This is not because Nigerian is the most educated country in the world but rather it's very hard for Nigerians to migrate to US UNLESS you are very well educated.

Now you are saying zoomlion worse. So don't you think the pay or numeration is reflective of the local market rates? GHANA operates with a free economy system. No one is forced to work if you think the salary or pay is too low. There are people that are highly paid due to their skills. Many artisans in fact started their own business and make good fortune. Stop blaming others and focus on your own work attitude and skills. Your way of thinking is what makes our country under developed. 40 years ago most Asian workers are poorer and get paid much less than Ghanaians. They didn't complain but worked hard to build their country.
