Why does the state import pharmaceuticals? All for the benefit of citizens of Ghana. We don't have money to import and when people donate to us we talk about import duties. Surely, our leaders don't care about the health care system in Ghana because when they are sick they can get better care abroad. All I can tell them is that all days are not equal.
