Cocoa farmers are already shortchanged by this rather useless government . This means our poor Cocoa farmers are not going to enjoy from the windfalls that will come as a result of the rapid increase in the rise of cocoa price in the world market. The current administration of cocoa board have mismanage the sector to an extent that we are unable to service our part of the agreement we had with our creditors when the price was even lower. Its so sad.
