Ghana is charging 21.9% and not 21% and this is really huge. I have stopped advertising in Ghana because of this

The article writer should have read the VAT law before writing this article. The rate is inclusive of VAT, GETfund levy, HNI levy, and covid19 levy. Any body who pay VAT in pay the same rate in Ghana.

Exactly my thoughts....does it mean the writer has not been paying vat all this while? Or now that it may affect his business most, then he comes to this realisation?
