The Finance Minister is not serious with revenue mobilisation. He is just pretending to be busy. Abena Osei Asare, the least talk about her the better. Stop the tax exemptions and fight tax evasions by big companies. Don't go for cut to settle the matter. Bring sanity to GRA otherwise it won't work. Use some corrupt officers as scape goat and everyone will sit up at GRA.
