  GOG is behaving like the proverbial yoruba man that eats with both hands. In our part of the world where state officials are vested with powers that even our ancestors will envy can expand the money supply as well as issue securities to raise funds from the general populace decided to do both.
  Since the ancient of days we have heard that the returns government instruments are not realistic and that puts local business in a disadvantage when competing for funding on the open market yet they still continue to practice the fetish phenomena
