Their replicas are the likes of Asante Bediatuo, Gabby and their other popinjays and elitist clowns misgoverning us today. Nkrumah, Africa's greatest personality of the last millennium, has resurrected in full glory and honour menacingly in front of the OAU headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Osagyefo Dr Kwame Nkrumah, the only man to have been described as a nationalist

Please get your facts right, Nkrumah introduced socialism not communism. Have you been to any of the Scandinavia countries as well? Nkrumah was ahead of his time. He foresaw that socialism was the progressive way forward for independent African countries compare to cut throat capitalism which creates homelessness and the like. Nkrumah's time as president, education and health care were almost free. My aunt was complete illiterate but she wasn't running after cars to sell her ware but working at state farms and was even transferred from western region to Eastern and had gratuity when she resigned. That was the kind of progressive country Nkrumah had in mind. Now, what we have is huge black economy without any gratuity and have to depend on handouts and the like to survive after running after vehicles all your life. The was even vacation and employment for students to earn some money when on vacation to support theirselves. What have our copying capitalism have brought us today? When you went to those communist countries, did you see any self employment? I don't think so but there was vibrant enterprises during Nkrumah's independent Ghana. That was communism but socialism not to leave anyone behind no matter your status. We only talk and make unnecessary noise without facts. Unfortunately, Nkrumah and I K Acheampong are the only two leaders who thought out of the box. Acheampong did a lot without a single loan. With all the loans and the like, see Ghana today. I was a student during Acheampong's time and there was food surplus, fried plantain and beans in boarding schools, there was plenty of youth employment. GIHOC was in full blast, Black Star Lines with 15 ships were creating jobs. Where are they now Oman Ghana. Nkrumah gave Ghana a strong foundation to build a progressive, inclusive without leaving anyone behind but we just broke it piece by piece and sold for our own greed. Konadu Rawlings now owns all the Ghanacan's land through her husband.

If you look at everything about Kwame Nkrumah from experience to historical naratives, you will understand that he returned home purposely to help build the nation called Ghana today and to make the black man or Africans true human beings. His adversaries did not bother much about the true emancipation of Ghanaians and Africans in general. They only think about themselves. They overthrew Nkrumah's government and completely looted the state. Since they got rid of Kwame Nkrumah, Ghana has never stood on its feet again. Look at their descendants ruling us who continue to loot the state like their forebears did. Kwame Nkrumah, we miss you!

After brief stops in Sierra Leone, Liberia, and the Ivory Coast, he arrived in the Gold Coast where he briefly stayed and reunited with his mother in Tarkwa. He began work at the party's headquarters in Saltpond on 29 December 1947 where he worked as a general secretary.(Wikipedia)

"And, as I pointed out… from now on, today, we must change our attitudes and our minds."
It was those Ghanaian elements who felt Nkrumah didn't deserve to be president who sought to kill him on many occasions. When they failed in their wicked plots to eliminate him, they betrayed and sold him to the US, UK and France for $30m.
I think credit must be given to Songo of Senegal. When it was clear Macky Sall had blocked his path to the presidency, he quickly nominated his colleague to replace him on the ballot box. Some one who have insisted: it's either me or no one. Songo showed the right attitude to achieve collective goals.
As an African, you can't buy in China. But we sell our cocoa farms in Ghana to Chinese sometimes with people in government support. OUR ATTITUDES
