It was to take place over a 4-year period. Not this scam, this shamefully shambolic policy when we're experiencing dumsor or Sordum and schools under trees are rapidly increasing. We're unable to pay our foreign debts. DDEP is killing our retired workforce. Inflation is skyrocketing. Debt to GDP is 104%. The 2 scenarios cannot be the same. Giving tablets to pre-tertiary students with preloaded content is the least the government can do to prepare the students for the 21st century. Yet, this incompetent womaniser says that it is "a bribe for votes". What a shame. If that was his intention in 2016 when he promised a similar initiative, JDM must know that governance has since 2016 become a more serious, forward-looking and national affair. My advice to Mahama is to stop making statements on national issues that have political colouring and stick issues that would change this countries woes. Minor political issues like tablets can be left with communicators to help the former president gauge what he has to attack and what not to. NDC is doing itself serious harm by politicizing LGBTQ bill and using that to attack the sitting government.
