A school building with block walls, windows, air conditioning, overhead projector etc or a building without air conditioning, overhead projector, no electricity or WiFi but students with laptop? A school with a cafeteria, media center, w/c etc or a free SHS with wholesale scheme? How do you provide laptops to students from majority households where electricity is rationed, WiFi and internet may be scarce and expect the laptop to help with improving education? Only foolish, selfish and ignorant adults cannot see the big picture here; you’re all clowns for not understanding Mahama’s foresight.

Students are sitting under trees to learn and using the shades of these trees as classrooms. Some students sit on cement blocks as chairs or lie on the floors. Schools lack libraries or books yet the government has spent all this money just to buy laptops for students.
This minister of education must be audited.
The best thing the minister could have done with this huge money is to have set up computer labs in all the schools where students could have access to computers during computer classes. Will the school authorities be fair in the distribution of these free laptops or it is going to be another avenue to make money off these students by requiring bribes before a student is given a laptop. Is each student going to be assigned to a computer to be used for the entire duration of the years of study and return it to the school after completion of study or the students own these laptops as their personal property ?
Ghanaians need to know .
